Luciana Mryglod

With over a decade of clinical experience and an advanced Master's degree in Human Physiology, Luciana has developed a special interest in exploring solutions for chronic pain, spinal problems, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Luciana believes that lasting recovery starts with understanding the unique factors contributing to the problem. Through a combination of hands-on therapy, guided exercise and practical advice, Luciana supports her patients in building long-term strength and functionality.

Outside the clinic, Luciana is a dedicated classical Pilates enthusiast who loves exploring the benefits of healthy movement firsthand.
